“One of the main goals of an SPM solution is to simplify the process for the administration team to better understand the pay out and future planning.”

Lisa Moore is a Practice Manager at OpenSymmetry. She started as an Associate Consultant 7 years ago, and quickly advanced through the ranks becoming a Team Lead within the Xactly practice. Lisa’s background of working in secondary education as a math teacher provided her with the framework to problem solve within SPM technologies and provide expert-level consulting by being able to explain complex challenges simply.

Lisa recognizes that not all organizations are leveraging their SPM technology to their fullest capabilities, and that complicated plans don’t always produce the results needed to meet their goals. She acknowledges that SPM solutions are built to help organizations improve sales compensation efficiency and increase accuracy; but it’s visibility into compensation results, in real time, that will give any organization a competitive advantage.

Lisa describes the importance of SPM in 4 words: Simplicity. Visibility. Ease. Strategy. One of the main goals of an SPM solution is to simplify the process for the administration team to better understand the pay out and future planning.  By setting the system up properly, admins will be successful.

Lisa explains the OS Bowtie as each a unique journey from the unknown of how your current system or method is working, to understanding how things are operating today, to becoming a more forward-looking and results-driven SPM model.

Lisa’s superpower is her empathic communication and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
