Todd is well travelled with a proven ability to quickly and easily merge with business cultures from diverse international environments, having delivered high-technology solutions to clients in over 20 countries across 4 continents. |

Jon Gingell, Ph.D. Jon co-founded OpenSymmetry in 2004. Jon is a highly skilled IT professional with extensive experience in building custom solutions tailored to client requirements. Jon is experienced at leading development teams whilst retaining an active technical role, and has also participated in numerous presales initiatives. Having unparalleled problem solving skills combined with an ability to gain swift insight into abstract concepts, Jon quickly comprehends complex systems allowing for rapid application of value-added consulting. Jon is also well travelled with a strong track-record of forming lasting relationships with client teams across a global customer base. |

Mark Kemp, Ph.D. Mark joined OpenSymmetry in 2005. Mark has consistently demonstrated his ability and versatility to quickly identify practical solutions to complex business requirements. He has first hand experience of full project life-cycles from designing technical pre-sale prototypes, through managing and developing deployment strategies, to post implementation technical support. Mark also has international consulting experience, having worked in industries from several market verticals in many different countries worldwide. |

Ray Wells Ray joined OpenSymmetry in 2007. Ray has proven his skills as an IT consultant from his success at building reporting solutions in many different environments worldwide. Ray has consistently delivered complex systems on time and within budget, whilst also performing duties in project estimation and analysis, resource allocation, resource management, quality assurance of his team's code, and compiling production migration and support plans for the finished product. Ray rapidly makes himself a valued asset to any team, and has extensive experience in working in many countries. |

Robert Blohm Robert joined OpenSymmetry in 2008. Robert brings over a decade of experience in sales effectiveness, sales management and technology consulting. Robert has been consulting to Fortune 1000 companies specializing in sales performance management. He has managed projects across several industries including technology, telecommunications, financial services, and high-tech manufacturing. During client projects, Robert has assisted with on-site standard implementations, ASP/hosted Sales Performance Management implementations, project audits/assessments, as well as providing client support during the software selection process. |
