Job Description

Based in Austin, Texas and London, UK, OpenSymmetry is the only independent consulting company with a global network of highly skilled consultants dedicated to SPM. As a senior member of OpenSymmetry's Professional Services organization, the SPM Solutions Architect is responsible for leading the implementation and deployment of our clients' solutions and the management of engagements and customer relationships. In this role, you will utilize your knowledge and experience in solutions design, implementation, project management and client management.

Responsibilities Include

  • Responsible for creating proposals addressing current and/or evolving client requirements
  • Scope implementations and develop solutions strategies and project plans
  • Develops solutions based on a customer's strategic business or technical requirements
  • Manage end-to-end solutions delivery and customer expectations
  • Lead business requirements and data collection
  • Analyze compensation plans and policies, and develop functional specifications and designs
  • Lead the configuration of comp plans, unit testing and system testing
  • Work with customers to deploy our solutions and facilitate customer adoption
  • Provide guidance and QA to our implementation partners
  • Develop reusable processes, templates and toolkits for rapid deployment
Required Skills
  • Experience with at least one of the primary SPM/EIM vendors to include: Callidus, DSPA, nGenera, Oracle, Siebel, Synygy, Varicent, Xactly
  • Development of reusable processes, templates and toolkits for rapid deployment
  • Is a lead technical expert in pre-sales qualification and responsible for delivery of technical architectural design, strategies and plans that will be delivered during an engagement
  • Full Life-Cycle implementation projects (e.g. ICM, EIM, ERP, CRM, HRMS)
  • At least five years of experience in business or IT consulting
  • Strong analytical and structured problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer advocacy and relationship skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently fulfilling multiple roles
  • Travel to client sites is required (up to 100%)
