Core Disciplines |

Data Integration Data Integration Specialists must possess strong skills in at least one of Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server or IBM DB2. Skills should include writing high-performance SQL queries and Stored Procedure coding and optimization. Experience with Informatica PowerCenter is a plus, as is experience with any major EIM software solution. Shell scripting skills are also beneficial. Functional Analysis Functional Analysts & Compensation Specialists must have experience working in a midsize to large scale sales compensation environment. Prior job experience with Callidus TrueComp, nGenera, Sungard, Varicent, Xactly, or any other major EIM software is essential. Knowledge of database systems is a plus. Reporting Reporting Specialists must possess strong SQL skills and a thorough knowledge of HTML and web based information delivery techniques. Experience in Actuate or Cognos is essential. Knowledge of Business Objects, Informatica, or any major EIM software solution is a plus, as is programming experience using Visual Basic, Java or C/C++. |
