Having served his country in both the US Navy and Air Force, Todd also spent time honing his technical and management skills with forays into ‘Big-5’ consulting and two software start-ups. Since founding OpenSymmetry in 2004, Todd has led the company to profitable growth, sustained customer loyalty and introduced recognized service delivery through innovation. Focused on delivering relevant business initiatives, Todd has worked globally with clients spanning 20 countries across 4 continents. Todd lives in Austin, Texas with his wife Gisele, daughter Danielle and son Andre, as well as two overly lazy Tibetan Mastiffs, Jilly and Phoebe. |

Robert joined OpenSymmetry in 2008. Robert brings over a decade of experience in sales effectiveness, sales management and technology consulting. Robert has been consulting to Fortune 1000 companies specializing in sales performance management. He has managed projects across several industries including technology, telecommunications, financial services, and high-tech manufacturing. During client projects, Robert has assisted with on-site standard implementations, ASP/hosted Sales Performance Management implementations, project audits/assessments, as well as providing client support during the software selection process. |

Julien Dionne
Julien Dionneis a strategy manager with extensive experience in strategic planning, business process optimization, technology assessment and system integration engagements across diverse industries. His clients include top executives of many of the world’s largest corporations. Julien earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Software Engineering and also holds the ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL credentials. He is the author of the popular SPM blog Leapcomp.com.

Trevor Dunham joined OpenSymmetry in 2009. Trevor brings over a decade of experience in business intelligence solution delivery spanning healthcare, technology, eCommerce, and software. Trevor started in the SPM space in 2000 with Trilogy. Following Trilogy Trevor joined Aetna managing the external compensation development area. During his tenure at Aetna Trevor lead the creation of a Business Intelligence Competency Center. Trevor is an avid distance runner and coach. He has set a goal to run each of the 5 World Marathon Majors, 2 down! |

Kate Fermoyle
Kate Fermoyle is a Practice Manager for OpenSymmetry. Kate has over ten years experience as a Project Manager and Compensation Consultant of Incentive Management implementations where she has been involved in all phases of the system development lifecycle. Prior to joining OpenSymmetry, Kate was the Manager of On-Demand Practices for Compensation Technologies. In this role, Kate managed software partner relationships and managed all SAAS consultants and projects. Kate also has a strong background in Sales Compensation Planning and Administration at Oracle Corporation. Her diverse skills and experience enable her to approach projects from a technical viewpoint as well from a managerial perspective. |

Eric is an accomplished leader specializing in guiding individuals and organizations through professional development and change. Eric joined OpenSymmetry as Director of Operations in 2009 with a distinct and diverse combination of management, training, sales, and consulting experience. Prior to joining OpenSymmetry, Eric spent 9+ years at Callidus Software working closely with Global Fortune 1000 companies as a Compensation Specialist, Technical Trainer, and Director of Global Professional Development. When Eric is not at work, he enjoys spending family time with his wife, two kids, and two dogs. |

Robert Jellison is a Senior SPM Consultant with extensive experience in installing, configuring and customizing Varicent Sales Performance Management (SPM) software developed and marketed by Varicent as a Certified Varicent Implementation Consultant. His professional work experience spans 25 years in Information Technology and Customer Service for several Fortune 500 companies, and he has worked in the United States, Canada, Europe, China and Australia. He has managed organizations with as many as 300 people, managed budgets up $28M and led numerous IT projects. |

Greg Livengood
Greg spent the first 4 years of his career as a consultant implementing custom software solutions for Nike and Xerox before venturing into the sales performance management industry which has been his focus for the past 10 years. Greg started in the SPM industry in 1999 as a technical architect at Trilogy designing SPM solutions for 5 large implementations and then moved on to manage small implementation teams at Callidus in 2003 for 10+ implementations. After spending a year of management training which included managing a large implementation to production at Accenture in 2006, he returned to Callidus to establish their sales analytics practice. As the sales analytics practice lead, he led 20 sales dashboard and analytic implementations for companies in insurance, high-tech, financial services and life sciences. |

Luke Marciniak joined OpenSymmetry in 2009 as an SPM Consultant; he brings extensive knowledge and experience in working with Varicent Sales Performance Management (SPM) software and in the field of variable compensation. He has been involved in all phases of the project life cycle and has successfully implemented solutions within the Financial, Software and Media industries. His diverse skills both from a technical and business aspect allow him to approach business problems and identify and design for logical business solutions for clients. Previously Luke had managed operational and technology projects for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, including managing relationships with external vendors and partners. Luke is well travelled having backpacked through Europe, Australia, Asia and Africa. |
